How we work
Established expertise and organizational agility to turn ideas into results.
Our operational mindset is based on three methodological principles:
  1. Established technical expertise
  2. Speed of execution
  3. Lean organizational structures for fast decision-making
As a company within the Technogym Group and a partner of international organizations of various sizes, we have developed a working model that allows us to operate with the efficiency of an in-house team while maintaining the agility and level of innovation of a specialized software house.
the Mindset
Our agile methodology translates into fast decision-making processes, short development cycles, and continuous feedback loops.
We are a team of multidisciplinary professionals, working within an organizational structure that eliminates the typical bottlenecks of large corporations—both strategically and operationally.
This setup allows us to integrate directly into our clients’ R&D departments, becoming, de facto, an extension of their innovation team.
It’s what we call the Hybrid Integration Model.

What Agile work means
Even in our Software House, we talk about agile work.
We talk about mindset, even before we talk about approach, method, or organizational practices.
For the individual, as well as the entire company made up of people, we mean a paradigm shift aimed at creating value.
We can talk about agility only by including the concept of flexibility. Agility is not a way of acting but a way of being. It is not something you can buy or acquire from the outside; it is a change that comes from within. On one hand, the adjective agile comes from agility, one of the qualities that makes people capable of overcoming obstacles and avoiding dangers. On the other hand, the noun Agile carries the meaning of the adjective it originates from and is enriched by the system of shared values on which the software movement that first adopted it was founded, about twenty years ago.
Agility requires participation — it demands the willingness of everyone to get involved so that every decision and choice comes from working together. Agility favors collaboration — by putting individual skills at the service of the team, ensuring that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Agility calls for transparency, respect, and trust — it pushes us to give our best, placing it at the service of the team, the client, and the partner.
Hybrid integration model
The Hybrid Integration Model is our distinctive approach to collaborating with clients, which, for us, means bringing together the best of both worlds. By integrating directly with the people in our clients' R&D departments, we become part of the team while maintaining our own identity, flexibility, and speed, thanks to our lean organizational structure.
By working through this hybrid model, we have realized the huge advantage of maintaining the agility and speed of a specialized software house, while achieving the level of integration and business understanding typical of an internal team. This means our agile structure eliminates the slowdowns common in large internal teams, while deep integration avoids the constant need for alignment.
Additionally, we transfer knowledge that remains, allowing the team to grow in skills and adopt new methodologies alongside the project itself.
Finally, another benefit for clients is bringing an external perspective, enriched with cross-industry experience.
The right model for every phase
The Hybrid Integration Model adapts to the specific needs of our clients.
Some examples:
  • Kickstart mode: full integration for greenfield projects
  • Acceleration mode: intensive support to accelerate existing developments
  • Innovation mode: ongoing presence for incremental innovation
  • Maintenance mode: on-demand support for optimization and scaling
